Important: School Athletic Insurance Information

All students trying out for a sport are required to purchase School Athletic Insurance online via the OSP located in the Parent/Student Portal.

You MUST submit a physical packet and receive approval from the Athletic Office before purchasing insurance.

Please Note:

• There are no refunds if a mistake is made during the process, so double-check your details before submitting.
• Athletic Insurance is ONLY available for purchase online through the OSP (Online School Payments).
• Insurance must be purchased prior to trying out for any sport.
• Even if your family has other insurance, the School Athletic Insurance must be purchased.
• The School Accident Insurance is not considered primary insurance.
