Mr. Lacayo for been awarded the President’s Award by the Dade Art Educators Association, Inc. His continuous support of Arts education which has proven to enrich the lives of
students by challenging them to think critically, to solve problems and to
experience real life situations by making concepts tangible. He has encouraged
students to have a voice for self-expression and have created opportunities for
hands-on activities, ultimately improving the quality of their lives. Through
your generous support of the arts the students in your school have received a
complete education that focuses on the whole child, enhancing all their
school-wide achievements.
