Prospective MAST Academy NJHS candidates- who received an invite to join this honorable organization, you must go the main office to drop off the completed Candidate Form. You must have 2 current teacher signatures.

Drop off in dedicated box (NJHS- blue box) in the Main Office:
(6th and 7th Graders Only) 8th Graders turn in the form to Dr. Leon
All forms are due by 3:00 p.m. on March 13th –Strict deadline – NO EXCEPTIONS!
